RETURN POLICY:

To start a return please use our return portal HERE

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase! If you don't love your item, please contact us within 14 days of reciept of item to initiate a return. Items must be unwashed, unworn, tags and packaging attacthed, and free of odors or smoke. Please do not send back any items without first initiating a return with us, or your package will be returned to you. We do not offer exchanges or returns on leggings, shorts, or capris. If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Promotional items, and items purchased during a promotion (credit back, fun wheel, gift with purchase, etc) are all FINAL SALE, and are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please start a return immediately with a photo of the damaged item and the package. We will pay return shipping for damaged items.

Snacks, Clearance, and Holiday items are all sales final. Any items 40% off or more are considered clearance.
